Open House June 24, 1pm

You are invited to attend an open house for Monroe's new pollinator garden Oak Grove Meadow (at Wolfe Park's Great Hollow Lake).

Started in June 2017, this multi-year project is designed as a demonstration garden highlighting native plants supporting local wildlife.

We invite you to see the progress to date and our vision for the future.

We want to thank Aquarion Water Company for generously donation two rain barrels that will be installed at the garage area at Great Hollow Lake. The rain barrels will be very helpful as we are getting our new plants established.

We also want to thank Trumbull Agriscience School for working with us by growing several types of plants from seed for planting in 2018.
