For almost 20 years, Kathy Vincent of ArtSmart! Studio has offered art & crafting workshops for Pre-K through adult students, individual and group lessons, after school enrichment, art badge work for scouts, library programs, corporate events, and creative celebrations for all ages!

While the world socially distances, creativity flourishes!
While ArtSmart! Studio is not hosting in-person workshops, young artists will still be able to create at home. Our new series of HOME WORKSHOP KITS provides the same quality materials offered in-studio, but with a video tutorial to access at your convenience, from the safety of home!
Each workshop kit will include beautiful project materials and a link to a corresponding video tutorial.

For kits ordered by Tuesday of each week, STUDIO PICKUP occurs at ArtSmart! Studio, 152 Lynn Drive, Monroe on Thursdays and Fridays 12:00-5:00.
Art Hearts Wooden Plaque
Not just for Valentine's Day! A rainbow assortment of beautiful handmade collage papers and washi tape topped with a big, beautiful white rose creates a mixed media masterpiece upon a painted wooded heart. Ribbon included for hanging.
Owl Love You Forever
An assortment of beautiful collage papers, washi tape, and decorative embellishments are used to create this adorable pair of lovebirds, seated upon a tree branch. A written sentiment can be added to the painted background. Too cute!
Sweetheart Snowman
This sweet snowman isn't shy about his feelings. An assortment of textured white collage papers constructs the snowman, while paper, felt, and dimensional accents create the accessories. He sits upon a painted hillside of shimmering snow.
LOVE or XOXO
Acrylic paint and oil pastel combine to create this pop art style sign featuring a Valentine inspired color palette. Choose L-O-V-E or X-O-X-O. Ribbon included for display.
Pop Art Hearts
American pop artist Jim Dine inspires this grid style painting featuring a heart motif...perfect for Valentine's Day or any day! Using a variety if acrylic paint and oil pastel on canvas, design a series of hearts...each with a unique color combination upon a different colored background. Fun and fabulous!
Frosty Tree
Using the provided stencil image on a 12" x 12" canvas and an assortment of acrylic paint, create this shimmering silver tree framed in a cool color palette sky. Add some extra sparkle with a snowy glitter topping on the branches.
Winter Tree Silhouette
Working with an assortment of liquid watercolors and using a tape masking technique, create this striking winter tree silhouette. This project provides experimentation in a variety of watercolor techniques: masking off, was resist, and the magic of ordinary table SALT!. Create with a friend...materials provided will create two projects.
Snowy Friend Sculpture
No snow needed for this adorable sculpture. Create this snowy friend using foil, plaster, modeling paste, and snowy glitter. Lovingly build, add some cute felt and ribbon accessories, and set for display upon a tabletop to enjoy throughout the winter and beyond.
Block Printing
Inspired by the print work of American Pop artist Andy Warhol, carve your own design into a 4" x 6" double sided rubber block and create a series of prints and greeting cards using the enclosed paper and inks. Blocks are double sided, allowing for two designs, and are reusable. NOTE: Recommended for ages 10 and up. Adult supervision is strongly encouraged due to the use of carving tools.
