Pre-Season Golf Fitness Program

"Get Fit Before You Hit"
Train with Titleist Performance Institute Instructor Jason DeSombre. He will work with you to improve strength and stability, flexibility and mobility, and balance. Through sport-specific training, you will work to prevent injuries and enhance your golf athletic performance. 

Weekday and weekend training sessions are available. 
Intermediate and experienced players.

Sessions:
Thursday evening - Junior and Adult (ages 15-49): 7:30-8:30 PM
Saturday morning - Senior (50 and up): 11 AM - Noon; Junior & Adult: 12:15-1:15 PM

The program will be held at the former Chalk Hill School.
