The 28th Annual Spring for Monroe 5K road race continues to be one of Monroe’s biggest community events and its popularity is based on the fact that it allows families, neighbors and friends to come together and celebrate healthy living and physical fitness.
Last years race raised funds for local charities such as Monroe Food Pantry, the Monroe Education Foundation, Monroe’s Project Warmth, the Chase Kowalski Foundation, and others. This years race, sponsored by the Kimball Group, will continue in its tradition to support youth programs, educational initiatives and other local not-for-profit groups.
