Lilia Wills is an experienced Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, a graduate of the Lotus Gardens Yoga School, and a regular yoga practitioner. Yoga is for everyone: all genders, all ages and all abilities. Yoga can offer tremendous benefits for one's body and mind.
Tuesday - Teen and Tween boys and girls. In this class they will learn to embrace all the significant changes that take place in their chemistry and physiology during adolescence. They will become more confident, prevent injuries and learn to listen to their breath (to reduce anxiety and peer pressure).
Wednesday - Beginners Yoga for men and women interested in learning the benefits of yogic postures and breathing techniques that will improve their lifestyle.
Thursday 4:30pm - Elementary school age children plus an adult. It is one fun yet structured toga class for kids and their parent/guardian.
Thursday 6:15pm - Restorative/Meditation where the primary focus is to listen to your breath, your body and your mind. You will be guided through slow and fluid movements and mindful breathing while acknowledging your minds distractions/chatter without attachments/criticisms.
Friday - Level 1 and Level 2. If you are familiar with yoga then dive into this hour for continued learning and yoga practice. End each class with a short relaxation.
Saturday - Rise and shine mixed level yoga. If you are active and need to keep your body limber, prevent injuries and find inner calm, this one is for you.
Requirements for these class:
wear comfortable apparel for activities
try to refrain from eating one to two hours before class
